Mind and body

Yoga 

Mondays & Thursdays 5:30 – 630 PM
Promote your physical, mental, and spiritual well being mind and body practice that combines movement, meditation, and breathing. People practice yoga for many reasons, from physical fitness to spiritual enlightenment.

 

Restore and Reform

Pilates

Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 PM & Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Build strength, flexibility, and balance with this full-body Pilates session. Designed for all levels, this class focuses on core stability, controlled movement, and mindful breathing. You’ll improve posture, increase mobility, and leave feeling longer, stronger, and more centered. Modifications are offered throughout to meet your individual needs.

BUILD YOUR STRENGTH

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Tuesdays 5:00 to 6:00 PM
Get ready to sweat! This high-energy class combines bursts of intense exercise with short recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and build strength. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and core intervals designed to boost endurance and power. All fitness levels are welcome—options are provided to help you work at your own pace.

Move and Flex

Senior Stretch & Flex

Wednesdays 8:00 – 9:00 am
Move with confidence! This class helps maintain strength, coordination, and flexibility using controlled stretches and light mobility exercises. With a focus on functional movement and balance, you’ll enhance daily mobility while keeping your body strong and supple. Chairs and modifications are available for comfort and support.

ATTEN-HUT!

BOOTCAMP

Wednesdays 5:00 to 6:00 PM
Push your limits and unleash your strength in this high-energy, full-body workout! Bootcamp combines cardio, strength, and functional training to build endurance, burn calories, and boost confidence. Every class is different—expect variety, motivation, and a supportive team atmosphere. All fitness levels welcome, with modifications for every exercise.
